The installation of the software was a bit quirky. I downloaded and installed it, but when it got to the point where it asked for the serial number to finish the installation, it would not accept the serial number that was given to me in my Amazon Software library. So I installed the software as a day trial version. I chose "Enter Serial Number I copied the serial number out of my Amazon Software Library and pasted it into the Serial Number field in the software.
Then I clicked the "OK" button. That solved the serial number problem. I did not contact Corel's tech support line to solve this installation problem, so I can't rate their tech support. But I will say this Problems like the one I had with installation simply do not happen with the "gold standard" software programs like Adobe Acrobat.

Being a digital install I didn't have much hope, but called Amazon to ask if it could be refunded. The answer was no, no problem, and they suggested that I contact Corel directly. In doing so I was advised that I'd have to take the issue up with Amazon as it was a secondary vendor.
Essentially I had no recourse. To then make matters worse, Corel opened up a tech support ticket asking what specifically I was having issues with on functionality. Of course I thought to myself, 'thanks for completely disregarding my complaint, Corel rep, I really appreciate that The software isn't what it's chalked up to be and there simply isn't available support to voice such complaints.
While I would recommend my preferred software, all the same I'd advise spending a little more for a better product.

No contact. Went through their number to try and get a workable serial number, and they filled out a ticket for tech support. Still no contact. I use this product daily to do edit PDF's, now I am out of business with it as it will not perform tasks without leaving a nasty watermark on the documents. It appears as if their serial number checking is dynamic in real time and somehow their database is corrupted which tells the product not to work for me.
